Breach of Contract

If you have entered into a valid contract, and the other party has breached the contract (not fulfilled their obligations under the terms of the agreement), you may have a right to sue for breach of contract. Under Texas law if you are successful in a breach of contract lawsuit, generally the losing party must pay your attorney fees.
